Recruitment Section Head

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes.
• Establish and foster relationship with users.
• Actively source for talent/ suitable candidates, conduct interviews with potential candidates and presenting the shortlisted candidates to respective users.
• Proactive coordination with various departments in delivering recruitment needs.
• Closely monitoring and following up on recruitment progress

Requirements:

• Male/Female, max 32 years old
• Prefer Psychologist and Magister of Psychology (Master Degree)
• Experience in Multifinance Company or banking is an advantage
• Familiar in handling Management Trainee selection process
• Able to follow through with a sense of urgency and in keeping confidentially.
• A goal oriented, full of initiative individual, able to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Min. 2 years in the same position
• Able to establish priorities, manage deadlines, exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of users required
