Currently we are looking to recruit highly skilled and experienced personnel to lead
the HSEQ Team at two of our largest and most diverse locations.
Safety Manager(s) (HSE)
Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur)
Requirements:
- Candidates just possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health (Environmental Health), Occupational Health & Safety, Food Technology, or equivalent
- 10+ years Occupational Health & Safety experience in oil and gas, construction or service related fields is required, and a minimum of 5 years experience in Managerial positions
- The HSEQ Manager will be the Leader of a team of HSEQ specialists and will plan and manage the HSEQ programs for a workforce of approximately 500
- Managing all HSEQ activities, ensuring that all site based services are delivered to the highest international Health & Safety standards
- Detailed knowledge of the Indonesia Safety & Security laws and regulations is essential
- The successful candidates must have strong leadership qualities, be able to work well in a multicultural team and be highly motivated, effective team players, disciplined, and have a dynamic and strong personality
- Computer Literacy – Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English both spoken and written is essential
