Requirements:
Successful candidate should be fully well versed in Indonesia Labor Law, Performance Evaluation and Reward systems as well as Training and Development.
This is a high level position responsible for policy development and implementation for all areas of the function in a manufacturing environment.
Bilingual in Bahasa Indonesian and English is a must. You will supervise Personnel and GA.
